Complete onboarding
Walk through the four-step setup wizard that collects dealer info and EIN, lot locations and hours, storefront subdomain, and Stripe plan and payment.
Right after you verify your email, the onboarding wizard walks you through the essentials. You can't be locked out mid-way — your progress is saved as you go.
The four steps
- Dealer info — legal name, entity type, EIN, your business address, and contact phone/email. (Your EIN and other sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.) You can upload dealer license and tax documents now, or add them later in Settings.
- Locations — your primary lot's address, phone, and hours. You can add more locations later in Settings.
- Website basics — your storefront name and subdomain so customers can find your inventory online.
- Plan & payment — pick a plan and enter a card. Stripe handles the charge securely inside the app — you never leave the page.
The plan step is last and creates your subscription. Picking a plan with a trial means your card isn't charged until the trial ends — you'll see the first-charge date on the billing page.
When you finish, you land on the dashboard with a short guided tour highlighting where things live.
Changing anything later
Everything here is editable afterward:
- Dealer info, EIN, license → Settings → Dealer info
- Locations & hours → Settings → Locations
- Plan, card, invoices → Settings → Billing
FAQ
Can I skip the payment step?
You can explore on the trial, but a payment method is required to keep access after the trial ends — that's what the plan step collects.
My trial ended before I picked a plan.
Open Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Your data is safe; you just can't use the app until a plan is active.
